How do the real estate agents get the Lockbox combination to open the door for his/her clients?
If I’m not an agent of the buyer, how do I check a property for sale is a locked mailbox?

If you are not an agent, you must contact the seller’s agent for information Lockbox. Real estate agents have access to the lockbox code and can get the codes from the list of database of real estate, but code sharing with non-Realtors may actually make them lose their license if they are caught.

You need an agent. These figures are from the MLS (Multi Listing Service) and can only be accessed by persons registrerade.Om you are not an agent (or did not), you should contact the owner (or his agent directly).

You may not have access unless the lockbox combination you are a qualified real estate agent or other person having a valid reason to enter the premises, as an inspector or person.Du repairs do not have access to these property without the broker.
