How can I get a real estate lockbox off my front door?

I bought an apartment and there are about 4 months, and the former owner of RE agents left the area to lock the door on anything. I asked my agent to contact the other agent to win, but it is still there. There is nothing I can do to get rid of yourself? (Tur, they gave me the key was in the box, so it is empty)
